the shareholders need the N.I.E. and in
some counties is not necessary in the
same moment of the sign. But allways is
advisable to have this document in the
future.
What
kind of documents we need to prepare ?
If
you sign in Spain you only need the N.I.E.,
and the director only the Passport. If
you sign from your country with a power
of attorney, we need the power of attorney
translated and with the Haya apostille
legalization.
